The height of the posts depends on the height of your rigid mesh. The posts must be higher than the fence to allow for the rigid mesh panels to be attached. Therefore, you must add at least 30 cm to the height of your fence for the height of the posts.
Digging the Post Holes
The posts must be installed in deep holes to ensure sufficient stability. The holes should be dug to a depth of about one-third the height of the post and a width of about twice the diameter of the post. To make the digging process easier, you can use an auger or a mechanical shovel.
Installing the Posts
Once the holes are dug, you can install the posts vertically and ensure they are level. You can use a spirit level to help ensure the posts are perfectly straight.
